Royal Stone is a family-owned slab yard on South Sepulveda — twenty-seven years on the same block, raised our kids here, lost neighbors here. For the homeowners and designers rebuilding after the Palisades, Altadena, and Los Angeles fires, we have worked out the simplest way to say yes.

A Note from the Yard

The fires took homes our neighbors spent decades building. Some of those homes contained slabs we cut and finished in this yard years earlier. We cannot undo the loss — but we can make the rebuild less expensive and less complicated.
What follows is the simplest version of what Royal Stone is offering, written so you can show it to your contractor, your designer, or your insurance adjuster on a phone call. No forms. No “proof of loss” paperwork. Just a phone number and a willingness to say yes.
What we are offering
Four commitments
to the rebuild.

Trade pricing, regardless of project stage.
Homeowners rebuilding with an architect or designer receive our trade pricing across the entire collection — Calacatta, Cristallo, Taj Mahal, Antolini Black Label, the full yard. We do not require a standing account; we require only that you tell us you are rebuilding.

Material cost relief for full-loss sites.
For homes within the burn perimeter — Palisades, Altadena, Malibu, Topanga, and surrounding canyons — where every slab must be replaced, we apply an additional cost-relief discount off-list. The amount varies by selection; we are transparent about every line on the quote.

In-stock slab priority.
Slabs already on our racks go first to fire-affected projects, held at pre-fire pricing regardless of container cost. We will not run the yard up on a neighborhood that is rebuilding. If we have what you need, it is yours at the number we quoted before the fires.

Designer referral, if you need one.
If your designer is no longer available — or you have not yet engaged one — we maintain a working list of LA architects and interior designers actively taking on rebuilds. We will introduce you directly, no fee, no kickback.
How to Apply
One phone call.
That is the process.
Tell us you are rebuilding, share the address or the assessor’s parcel number, and we will route the appropriate relief to your project. If you already have a designer or contractor, they can call on your behalf — same offer.

Rebuilding is a long road. Royal Stone has been on South Sepulveda since 1997. We plan to be on this block when the last slab is set in the last rebuilt home, and we will be here the morning after.
