Antolini’s Calacatta Viola Classic sits at the more graphic end of the Viola family. The ground is a clean Apuan white; the veining runs in long, sweeping currents of charcoal, slate, and deep green-grey, with occasional warmer rust accents threading through. Less violet than the Extra grade and more drawn — closer to ink on paper than a watercolor.
“This lot is DS431, 2cm gauge, honed, in slabs measuring 54″ × 120″ — a working size for waterfall islands, fireplace surrounds, full-height bath walls, and bookmatched feature panels.”
This lot is DS431, 2cm gauge, honed, in slabs measuring 54″ × 120″ — a working size for waterfall islands, fireplace surrounds, full-height bath walls, and bookmatched feature panels. The honed surface keeps the veining matte and dimensional, and the slab pairs naturally with black steel, brushed nickel, and rift white oak.
The slab is on the floor at 2303 South Sepulveda. Walk it in daylight against the white yard wall and tag the piece that fits your project.
