Antolini Patagonia Vitrum quartzite slab with translucent white field, warm gold veining, and a single jade seam, polished finish

Vitrum is the most translucent reading of Patagonia we stock, and the name fits — the field is glassy and near-clear, a translucent white that wants light behind it. A warm gold vein moves through the ground, and a single jade seam crosses the slab as a quiet, deliberate accent. It is the most refined member of the Patagonia family: drama held in reserve rather than declared.

This is a backlight slab first. Lit from behind, the translucent ground turns to soft amber where the gold vein runs, and the jade seam glows cool against it — closer to stained glass than to stone. Specify it for a backlit island, a powder vanity, or a feature panel where light is part of the design.

As a quartzite it brings the hardness and etch resistance that a marble of the same translucency could never offer, so the beauty does not come at the cost of durability.

This is Lot AO177, chapas 39–45, polished at 2cm. A small, distinctive lot — best seen backlit in person at our South Sepulveda yard. Ask us to text photos against light.
