New Patagonia Vitrum Select from Antolini Brazil has arrived at the Royal Stone yard in Los Angeles. This slab is lot ZZ458, cut at 2cm, polished, and measuring 80″ × 131″.
In daylight, ZZ458 moves through three distinct registers: a warm ivory field, a pale mineral-green crystalline formation, and a clear white Vitrum passage crossed by amber and graphite lines. The composition reads as one large landscape rather than a repeating vein.
“In daylight, ZZ458 moves through three distinct registers: a warm ivory field, a pale mineral-green crystalline formation, and a clear white Vitrum passage crossed by amber and graphite lines.”
During the backlight test, the clear crystalline passage turns luminous while the denser ivory and mineral formations hold their depth. The test makes it possible to plan where transmitted light should sit behind the slab before fabrication.
See all four yard photographs here, then visit the showroom to view ZZ458 in daylight and under backlight testing and confirm current availability.
