Cristallo Nero inverts the Cristallo language. Where the white Cristallos float pale quartz in a clear matrix, Nero suspends fractured black and dark-charcoal blocks in a web of white crystalline quartz. The composition reads almost geological — shards of slate held in a frozen explosion of crystal.
