The lot carries the quieter register of the Borghini family — low-contrast, painterly movement rather than the bold structural veining most people picture when they hear the name.

Lot EI292 carries the cut at 2cm, finished honed, with each slab sized 78″ × 126″. Honed mutes the surface further, lets the soft-vein register do its work without competing reflection, and forgives the everyday etching that comes with a working kitchen or bath.
